坐的太久更伤腰长时间久坐会使腰、腹

 部肌肉疲劳损伤 疼痛。特别值得提醒的

是,坐着对椎间盘的压力,相当于站着的

2—3倍。要预防就得每坐40—60分钟后,改

一下姿势,或站起来走走,休息5分钟。
